Party in the Park returns for 2025

We are delighted to announce the return of Party in the Park for 2025.

The event will take place at Walton Gardens on Thursday 10 July, as part of Disability Awareness Week, and is aimed at children and young people with disabilities and young carers.

It will be hosted in partnership between Warrington Youth Zone, Warrington Disability Partnership, the Warrington Wolves Foundation and Warrington Parents and Carers.

Party in the Park is split into two events – a daytime session from 12-2pm (exclusive for schools and groups) and an evening session (open to the public) from 5-8pm.

Last year topped all others, with the highest-ever attendance, and we are hoping to beat that figure again in 2025.

Further details for both events can be found below.

Daytime event

Following the success of last year, we are once again hosting a daytime Party in the Park, exclusive to schools and groups.

The event will run from 12-2pm and is completely free.

Activities will include:

  • Disco and entertainment
  • Group games
  • Crafts and baking
  • Sports
  • Glitter station

We’d love to have your school there!

This event would be perfect for a designated provision. However, anyone is welcome to attend.

A picnic area will also be available for young people to bring a packed lunch.
